Application Process
Any person wishing to apply for admission to the Manor or any other Long-Term Care establishment must first contact the Home & Community Care Support Servicespreviously known as the North East Local Health Integration Network (NELHIN) or Community Care Access Center (CCAC). They will assist you in finding the most suitable accommodation by completing various assessments that will determine the optimum level of care required. The establishment deemed capable of caring for your needs will be discussed with you and your family for consideration.
